• At least 2 years experience in a similiar position in the hospitality industry in Indonesia
• Excellent Hotel Management and industrial relation skills
• A strong and dynamic personality with good leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self Motivated
• Passion for details
• Out of the box thinker
• Exceptional team work skills
• Excellent English (spoken and written) and computer skills essential
• Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
