Purchasing / Logistics Officer

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, Service Manager and Financial Accountant, this position is responsible for coordinating all activities required for purchasing, expediting and importation of spares and consumables for the service and workshop operation in Indonesia, as well as ensuring that all work is carried out to Metso Standard and Specifications.

Supporting Sales Representative in order to get report of their daily activities, collect PO and make DO for Logistic Department etc
If needed, together with Finance Admin to follow up the collection of customer’s payment.
Find solutions to clients enquiries and problems.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Female max 35 years.
D3 / S1 from any major with IPK > 2.75
Fresh graduated are welcome, preferably having min.1 years experience in similar position.
Having strong Microsoft Office and computer skill
Must have strong knowledge of sales administration with strong technical skills required to complete assignments.
