PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Responsible for assisting the sales representatives for the technical promotion and presentation of the products, and to ensure the implementation and usage of the products by its clients. He/she must have the ability to communicate technical information effectively and efficiently, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Tasks
- Provide pre-sales support including solution presentations, meetings, and high-level design reviews.
- Learn and maintain a full knowledge of the solution to allow presentation, demonstration and clarifications.
