AREA SALES MANAGER - MODERN TRADE (ASMT)
Key Accountabilities :
- Should have extensive hands-on in managing the Modern Trade channels able to develop and execute the right sales and account strategy
- Developing partnership with all Key chains to build a profitable business to achieve the sales volume target
- Familiar with a multi-distributor operational is preferred
Requirements :
- Male & female, max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree ( S1 )
- Having minimum 3 years experience as Area Sales Manager in Manufacturing Consumer Goods Industry
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, and negotiation
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
