Marketing Communication – MC (Marketing)
Requirement
- Fresh Graduate or minimum 2 years experience in e-marketing (Internet marketing) is preferable.
- Having knowledge and experience on managing website or blog, love to write and compose technical write-up material.
- Have good sense of providing the best information and material to customer to gain their interest of our product.Job Description:
- Propose website features and enhancements and contribute to promotions and email planning sessions to existing and prospective customers to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation.
- Create and distribute rollout communications to existing customers for program updates, product enhancements, direct marketing programs and sales tools.
- Write & edit copy for: product descriptions, blogs, articles & case studies in consistent writing style.
- Handle public relations activities by optimizing the use of media with the objective of building a positive corporate image and brand to customers and the public.
- Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed.
General Requirements
- Male or Female, D3/S1 Degree in Telecommunication, Computer/IT, Communication Engineering or related disciplines and Administration.
- Having knowledge in Avaya, Nice, Nortel, Cisco is an advantage.
- Computer literate & English fluency (written and spoken).
- Pleasant, courteous and able to abide and follow guidelines set by the company.
- Having strong interpersonal skill, communication skill, excellent presentation skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
- Resourceful and able to work under critical conditions.
- Independent, self motivated, self starter and possess good working attitude. Able to work well within the team and with partners.
- Strong individual contributor, capable in learning and mastering new technologies quickly.
