Modern Trade Activation Manager

Job Responsibilities

• This role will be the key bridge between sales and marketing in terms of driving business growth in Modern Trade, in term of representing the “voice of customers” and the views of the Sales / Retail Team into the innovation process and throughout cross functional forums.

Key focus area will be:

• Leading Modern Trade channel development in Indonesia
• Accelerate growth opportunities in modern trade within baked snacks category by constructing joint business plan with key customers, develop optimal promotion strategy, and analysing channel dynamics to anticipate competition
• Support modern trade Sales Team in strategizing business direction and business growth

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree, minimum 4-5 years experience at managerial position in Sales or Marketing
• Knowledge about market dynamics, trends and seasonal impacts
• Familiar with processes and procedures especially in Sales and Marketing
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, able to translate the essence of Brand Development to what is required at execution at the field
• Has experience in coordinating promotion and trade activities e.g. in new product development launch
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different levels and functions
• Attention to details
• Achievement Orientation with a “Can Do” attitude
