Production Manager (PM - JB)
- Will responsible for the plant manufacturing operations, improving operation productivity, efficiency and quality.
- Will responsible for planning and determining production targets and ensure achievement of targets determined by the Company Objective
- Must have min. 8 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical/ ceramics / plastic industries with 4 years in managerial levels.
- Experienced with ISO 9001 & 5R
- Experienced set up and implementation new factory.
- Strong leadership, good team work, planning, straight, problem solving, shopfloor, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with hands-on management style in leading more than 300 production team members.
- Have skills in production management & cost
- Fast learner is a must.
- Mandarin is highly advantegous.
- Preferably live in Tangerang Area
- Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
