HRD MANAGER
Requirements :
- Male/Female min 30 years
- Min S1 in Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 10 years in Manufacturing Company
- Experience in all function of Human Resources ( HR Procedure & Processes, Performance appraisal, Compensation and Benefits, Indonesia ‘s Lab our Law and regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching & Counseling).
- Have experience in psychology analysis, human resources system and procedure for good and quality human resources.
- Have leadership skill, Proven leadership and inter-personal skill.
- Knowledgeable in Jamsostek and PPh 21 and Expatriate permits
- Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Windows Applications.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Should be familiar and capable on implementation of GMP, HACCP & ISO 9000 : 2008
