Industrial Relation Assistant Manager [AMIR]
(Central Kalimantan Based)
Responsibilities:

Industrial Relation Assistant Manager [AMIR]
(Central Kalimantan Based)
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing and maintaining harmonious industrial relations at all level will be you are key responsibility.
- You will be required to set-up and maintain communication procedure across the organization, develop formal and informal network across all levels within the organization and with the community, have regular discussion with employees and identify there needs, attend to employee issues, deal with trade unions, advice management on developments and action to be taken.
- Ensure the company regulation, policies and others rules and regulations have been implemented properly
- Identify any problems and challenges that may arise through regular site visits and offer solutions accordingly.
- Make reporting accordingly by periodically and regularly regarding the jobs
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- At least 5 years of working experience in the industrial relation field at palm oil plantation is required for this position
- Prefered candidates that hold advocate license from Peradi
- Required: English proficiency (minimal passive), computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Liked the field work and able to adapt quickly in a working environment
- You must have a excellent interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills to make persuasive approach to all workers
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Able to work under pressure to achieves the target
- Having self commitment and drive to work at plantation fields
- Interested and ready to be placed in remote plantation area (Kalimantan) is a must
