Logistics Controlling Specialist
Your Function and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Logistics improvement programs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stringent project management and controlling of all required activities within the improvement programs
- Coaching and enabling of Logistics team members to achieve the defined targets
- Moderation of change management processes
- Execute operative controlling for Customer Service and Production processes
- Developing and maintaining of BSC (balanced scorecard system)
- Work closely with central functions in Head Quarter
- Reporting directly to local management
Your Profile:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics environment and Logistics KPIs as well as contradictory relationships between Logistics targets
- Experience in the interdependencies of Production Planning between Logistics and Production
- Strong leadership character with high intrinsic motivation
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Know How in SAP Logistics module and data mart systems
- Excellent MS Office skills (mainly MS Excel)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to operate under high pressure environment
