Scope of Work :
- Preparing quotations and proposals for external and internal customers for Energy & EPC sector
- Providing sales support to Energy & EPC leader
- Developing strong professional relationship with external clients and internal departments
- Have experience in domestic, international and project freight
- Managing correspondence and organizing contacts between the sector leader and the customers
- Maintaining customer data or records
- Generate weekly sales reports and statistics
- Create & maintain marketing material including Powerpoint presentations
- Monitor new opportunities within the market from media & press releases
- Report directly to Energy & EPC Manager
- Office location in South Jakarta
General Requirements :
- Min. D3 Degree in any discipline
- Min. 1 year experience in Sales or marketing (in/external) & min 5 years freight forwarding experience
- Strong Energy & EPC knowledge and experience
- Experienced in Energy, Oil and Gas, Mining, Project and Out of gauge shipment moves
- Good proactive interpersonal & communication skill
- Assertive, detail orientated, strong critical & analytical skills
- Good command of English
- Advanced computer skills essential, especially excel & power point.
