Senior Sales Trainer (Code : SSTR)

General Requirements :

•     Bachelor degree (S1) from any major
•     Minimum have 5 years experiences in conducting training, preferably in consumer goods, telecommunication, and retail company
•     Confident, creative and having good interpersonal skill
•     Good leadership skill, experienced to lead a Team
•     Able to work independently and  in group as well
•     Able to create ‘sales force’ training module
•     Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
•     Responsible and discipline to finish administrative task on time
•     Willing to travel on assignments on weekdays and weekends
•     To be based in Jakarta
