we are an interior design consultant company & are seeking for high potential experienced person to take the position of :
PROJECT MANAGER (Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
- As a client principal contact on design & project management matters
- As lead of team / Principal or first assistant to Project Designer
- Has a basic knowledge on interior design, detailing & material
- To manage & coordinate on site during construction stage of all consultant , suppliers, building management & all contractors involved in the project
- Know to prepare the project schedule, progress & curva S
- Have skill to prepare project budget estimate and to record all variations during construction
- To prepare the project final account & the final as built drawing, after completion of project
Requirements :
- positive attitude and results oriented, strong communication skills and leadership quality
- A minimum experience of 8 years in similar position
- A recognized degree (S1) in interior design preferred
- posses good computer knowledge and skills of CAD, 3D Max, Power Point , MS Project and Photoshop .
- High creative, self motivated, hard worker and should be able to work under high pressure and long hours to meet deadline
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Required language(s): english and bahasa indonesia
- To attach reference of completed project reference and job description of each project
