SENIOR SECRETARY (Ssc)

With the following qualifications:

• Female, 25 – 30 years old;
• Holding at least a diploma (D3) degree from a reputable educational institution;
• Having at least 3 years’ experience as a secretary (preferably in a law firm or multi-national company) would be an advantage;
• Having good interpersonal skills, an attractive appearance, a confident, professional work attitude, active, loyal, honest, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to work individually or as part of a team;
• Willing to work hard and under pressure;
• Having computer skills relevant to this position (MS Office skills);
• Able to work overtime;
• Excellent/fluent English speaking and writing skills;
• Having a good knowledge of capital market law would be an advantage;
• Able to organize her work properly.
