Clinical Research Associate

A Clinical Research Associate has an important task which will be responsible to verify that the rights and well-being of human subjects are protected and the reported trial data are accurate, complete and verifiable from source documents. More important, CRA will make sure that the conduct of the trail is in compliance with the currently approved protocol/amendments, with GCP and with applicable regulatory requirement. CRA will take into account :

    * Verifying that all research staffs, facilities and investigational products have adequate qualifications and resources and these remain adequate.
    * Verifying that investigator follows the approved protocol and all GCP procedure and also communicating deviations from the protocol, SOPs, GCP and the applicable regulatory requirements to the investigator
    * Providing the referential prior the research grant and communicate internal R&D and Healthy Hydration Steering Committee of R&D



The qualifications are:

    * Medical background
    * Working experience in Research and Development, especially in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
    * Strong knowledge regarding scientific regulations
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
