Qualification :

•     Bachelor Degree in any Discipline (preferably from  , with more than 10 years experiences and min 5 years in Managerial role handling HR Management)
•     Strong knowledge in Organization Development area (Org Culture, CBHRM, Talent  Management  System, Training Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Management System)
•     Good Interpersonal  & Communication Skill (English is must)
•     Good Influencing & Presentation Skill
•     Good Analytical Skill
•     Good in MS Office

Condition:
