Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Human Resource Management
- Female, maximum 38 years old
- Min. 5 years experience in the same position
- Understand & able to implement all of the HR processes recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, rewards management, and organizations development.
- Hands on experience in area of personnel administration, industrial relations, compensation & benefit, & couching and counseling.
- Having strong leadership, able to work under pressure and communication skill to interact will all level employee
- Good planning and organizing skill
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
