Job Profile & Requirement:
- Graduated S1/S2 or equivalent
- Having competency recruitment supervisor.
- To manage standard recruitment and selection.
- Prepare plan for recruitment & selection for searching new employee including psychology test.
- Having recruitment tools & controlling recruitment budget.
- Has at least 3 years as Recruitment Supervisor.
- Has strong leadership and teamwork
- Posted in South Kalimantan.
- Reports to HR Manager.
