General Responsibility :
- To establish and monitor the application of company regulation and Collective Labor Agreement in factory
- To establish and monitor the application of Labor Law and government regulation in industrial sector
- To resolve industrial/employee disputes, if any
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in LAW with GPA min. 2.80
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- understand Labor Law and Regulation
- Dicipline and able to work under pressure
- Good in analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
