- Electro medic Diploma
- Fluent in spoken and written in English
Key area of Responsibility :
Provide customer service and repair services for healthcare products and medical equipments.
1. Developing a high level of Customer Service for healthcare product (CS) Provide a high level of customer service support for healthcare product to sales channel, the end user, and all OMRON stake holders, by phone calls, email, fax, walk-in, and visiting.
To build, strengthen and maintain good relationships with distributors and the end users.
To collect quality data for developing customer service technical system in Indonesia.
2. Reporting
Monthly: Customer Service Report to management.
