SALES ADMINISTRATION

Scope of Job:
- Support Marketing team related on trade finance
- Production report, coal inventory, coal inquiry
- Prepare coal contract that related with coal transshipment and coal quality, documents that needed for tender submission
Requirements:
- Having experience minimum of 1 years in coal mining industry would be preferred (fresh graduate are encourage to apply)
- Understand bidding documents for tender
- Female, Single, age between 22 – 30 years old
Qualifications:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Communicative and able to work as a team
- Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
- Able to prepare accurate report
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written
