Requirements:
- Female, age of max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
- Should be experienced in organizing for the travel tickets, hotels, meetings, documentation etc
- Should be presentable and smart
