Job Description:
- Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with material, Processing techniqueas, quality, and quantity specifications :
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Train and evaluate staff to make sure the flow of a production and quality control align with company procedures.
- Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
- Direct or coordinate production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
- Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems.
- Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory level or 2 years in Managerial level.
- Having knowledge of manufacturing system and technology, planning, material and capacity requirements planning, production activity control, inventory control , QAT/GKM, JIT, Kaizen, TPM, TQM, ISO9000/14000, 4S, Safety Health and Environment.
- Preferable from labor intensive background (e.g. textile-garment industry, shoe manufacture, coffee/tea industry etc.)
- Proven track record in managing production.
- Having standard competency to operate computer and perform either Microsoft work.
- Willing to be placed in all over Java Island.
