Industrial Relation & General Affair Manager
Requirements:
- Male, min 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Human Resource area and min. 3 years in Industrial Relation.
- Depth knowledge and experiences in handling employment legal aspect (Industrial Relations/ Employment Relations).
- Comprehend with Office Management/ General Affairs aspects.
- Have experience in Mining Company is preferable.
- High motivation, strong in leadership, high integrity, good character, open minded, good interpersonal and communication skill, good team player, good track record, diligent, multi tasking, high standard, fast working.
- Willing to travel to Kalimantan
- Fluent in English
