Due to our rapid expansion in Jakarta, we are looking for the following positions to be based in Ratu Plaza, La Piazza Kelapa Gading, Pondok Indah and Central Park Centers.
Web Designer
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Graphic/Web Design, IT, E-Commerce or related files.
- 2-year working experiences in online agency is preferable
- Possess at least 2 years of web design and development experience.
- Proficient in designing and creating user interface, graphic, illustration and multimedia assets like rich media
- Well versed in Flash and Actionscript, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator a must
- Knowledge in HTML and PHP will be an advantage
- Creative thinker and strong knowledge of interactive design
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good in communication, coordinating and negotiation on online media buying and online agency
- Please prepare an online portfolio. You will NOT be considered without this
- Responsible on website and online advertising: tracking, evaluation and online strategy recommendation to achieve sales target under budget
- Responsible for maintaining websites and developing online marketing campaigns.
- Create visual designs that address business, brand, market and user requirements.
- Provide creative direction and design web templates
- Update on trend of new web and banner ad design in the market, plus review competitors’ performance
- Prepare daily internet performance reports, weekly reports and action plan on online performance
