Our client is multinational company dealing with papers, they are one of the leading company in their market. They operated in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. Currently, they are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their expanding company.
TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the business in the given territory and satisfy customer needs in terms of sales activities and services.
- Generating the order intake (with sustainable profitability) needed to reach the sales targets in the territory of his responsibility and to become the preferred supplier for our customers.
- Do product promotion, by the means of technical presentation, formal and informal discussions and meetings, technical supports and onsite services.
- Utilize the customer service/support resources properly.
- Develop the relationship with customer by providing quality service and product to our customers, focusing on increasing the customer profitability and machine run ability.
- Manage and control sales expenses, in close collaboration with Regional Sales Manager.
- Take the main correspondence and communication to customer responsibility and act as company interface to customers.
- Reporting of Customer defined product requirements to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Reporting of sales figures, market developments, competition actions, key projects and important strategic orders to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Leading of the Mill Service Engineers, where exists, in the territory of his responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction in the region of his responsibility and under consideration of sustainable profitability of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemical.
- At least 5 years experience in the same position.
- Good communication and presentation skill, also can work in a team.
- Good in English, ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
