Sales Manager (Food Additives, Preservatives, Stabilizers)
Responsibilities:
- Design plan, sales plan and develop sales opportunities
- Prepare periodic and annual marketing strategy, work plan and business development plan.
- Periodic and systematic monitoring to the implementation of the plan.
- Achieve and exceed sales target, generate new sales, and retain existing clients.
- Market and territorial development.
- Guide and lead subordinates to work effectively and efficiently.
- Consolidate and analyze market information.
- Evaluate market and competitors activity.
- Reaching own personal target together with leading and motivating sales team to reach team target.
- Act as a catalyst in business growth
Requirements:
- Male min 28 y/o
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Tech Major or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years experience as sales and marketing in food & beverage industry.
- Knowledge about sales and business planning.
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
- Excellent skill in achieving sales target (volume and value) and distribution channel
- Strong analytical skills, and high sales drive
- Good Attitude, honest, having integrity, and willing to work hard, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work alone or in a team with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
- Prior experience in handling team is a plus
- Will be located in Jakarta area
