DAYA BASIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (Job Code: DBMP-J)

Candidates in this position will be prepared to fill several key positions in the company. Program will take approx. 12 months in which candidates will be trained in all critical functions in the company.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from reputable universities, any disciplines with minimum GPA ≥ 2.75 (PTN), ≥ 3.00 (PTS).
• Have strong interest in automotive industry.
• Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
• Have good analytical and comprehensive way of thinking.
• Have strong willingness to learn & strong leadership character.
• Enjoy dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling.
• Willing to be located in all Indonesian areas.
