We are expanding our business in Indonesia and we are looking for dynamic and sportive person to join the company.

FABRIC ENGINEER / MERCHANDISER
Responsibilities :
- Develop fabrics for sport garments from prototype stage until mass production
- Manage the quality of fabric in mass production with the vendors: implement quality control focusing on continuous improvement process
- Ensure the working conditions of vendors through compliance audits
- Lead sourcing project and develop new business with Oxylane’s local vendors
Qualification :
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with good communication and negotiations skills
- Bachelor's Degree, textile, fabric technology or related field
- At least 3 years experience in textiles industries and fabric development
- Fast learning, problem solving attitude, keen on actions and challenges
- Can travel for work within the countries and aboard
