Logistic Staff

(Cilegon)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
• Analyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand
• Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs
• Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
• Developing business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• Should handle the international and domestic logistic channels
• Should be well aware of the documentations involved

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, or Transport Management
• Ability to utilize basic tools such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc
• Strong working knowledge of distribution and inventory control concepts is a must
• Able to work independent and work in a team
• Experience min. 3 years in related position.
• Optimizing of material control and planning, logistic and procurement to ensure quality and quantity required at the best cost and delivery conditions.
• Familiar with Export Import documentation
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skill
• A broad knowledge in travel, transport, logistics and supply
• Able to Handling Purchasing and Inventory
• Must have a good personality and working hard
• Have good negotiation and communication skills
• Possess good interpersonal skill and ability to build relationship with various parties
• Dynamic, honest and responsible.
• Location based in Cilegon
