is looking for:
Business Controller
The task is to analyze the business and processes and help to come up with strategies to improve and optimize the business. It’s a business analyzing role rather than a finance analyzing role, and requires a strong business mind set and entrepreneurial personality.
Job Responsibility:
- Collect data, analysis, suggest action
- Evaluate team performance based on company goals
- Support teams to set goals in accordance with the general strategy of the product office
- Follow up and analyze product office methods and organization according to performance
- Have a strong cooperation with product manager and seniors to ensure that the company's goals are secured
- Communicate identified possibilities and threats to support department to continuously improve
- Reviews on department tasks
- Offer system support including producing system reports to the team
Requirements:
- Education Background: Preferably from Finance & Accounting
- Strong analytical skills
- Business minded approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to question and follow-up
- Be a good team member to build up the work to top performance
