PLANNING (PN) - SIDOARJO
Responsibilities:
- Develop 4 weeks periodic production schedule for production
- Develop daily production schedule for production in weekly basis.
- Ensure that production is not halted due to raw and supporting material shortage.
- Work together with production team in order to ensure that outputs meet the requirement requested. Raw material is planned accordingly to minimize waste and remnants.
- Manage Delivery & Raw Material usage.
- Review sales order forecast regularly, adjust the required capacity & prepare revised schedule.
- Control daily activity of production process, up to delivery to FG Warehouse.
- Coordinate with the production dept, in controlling abnormality of goods.
- Ensure that all raw materials purchased are well planned and scheduled in order to prevent high stock or discontinuity of production, and make full use of the spaces and tools availablen efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Male, Max. 35 years old
- Having minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in related disciplines from reputable universities.
- At least 2 (two) year of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate (proven competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Email function)
- Understand about Production Planning & Inventory Control.
- Has strong leadership and good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fast learner, strong analytical skills, selfmotivated, hardworking and excellent team player
