Our client a multinational company with rapid growth and expansion plans in Indonesia is looking for a very dynamic and experienced professionals with hand-on experience in palm oil plantations.
GM PLANTATION
( CENTRAL/WEST KALIMANTAN )
Job Descriptions:
- We would expect the person to have the capability to to start up from scratch and develop over 45,000 hectares of palm oil plantation.
- Experience with initial feasibility studies, sourcing, detailing, land purchase is a must. The candidate will also be expected to after the initial stages takes charge of the execution and delivery of production to meet the company’s rapid expansion plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong plantation background with proven track record of success in palm plantation from start up, project implementation and development.
- 15 - 25 years in the Plantation business.
- Strong Leadership and strong man management skills.
- Should have spent last 10 years in as Plantation Manager/General Manager or Senior Plantation Manager.
- Should have handled key managerial positions at plantation level.
