CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Code: CSO)
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information and solutions and process requests for products or spare parts associated with the service provided to customers
- Delivering a technical problem field to field technical support and arrange a visit
Requirements:
- Female, age not more than 30 years old
- Graduate Bachelor Degree or D3 any major
- Minimum 2 years experience as as Customer Services or Advisor from Telco Industry
- Fluent in English ( oral & written )
- Able to operate Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook familiar
- Attractive appearance
- Good interpersonal, outgoing and good communication skills
- Strong character, multitasking person and problem Solver
- Independent and able to work in team
- Leadership and very good manner person
- Able to work under pressure and extended hours
- Full-Time positions available
