In-Store Execution Manager

Job Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible of making sure any marketing / sales program execute excellently in the market.
• End-to-end process is required by this role:
• Set the execution standard e.g. perfect store by channel, planograms, POS solutions by channel, etc.
• Set the execution Key Performance Indicator
• Ensuring clear & simple communications to different function in the organization on execution standards and sales / marketing programs
• Execution plan which focus on roles & responsibilities of different function in the organization
• Develop the execution tracking mechanics
• Ensure improvement happens in the market

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree, minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably at entry level managerial position
• Knowledge about market dynamics, trends and seasonal impacts
• Familiar with processes and procedures especially in Sales and Marketing
• Proven experience in promotion and trade activities execution / implementation e.g. in new product development launch
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different levels and functions
• Attention to details
• Achievement Orientation with a “Can Do” attitude
