We are a Bistro Exclusive Group with continued growth, and we are seeking additional resources to fill vacant positions located in Bandung as :
ORIENTAL CHEF
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max. 35 y.o.
- Execellent working knowledge of standards recipes and methods of food preparation, the high level standard of safety, hygiene’s and sanitation.
- Able to take part in improving the food variation, presentation and taste.
- Result and target oriented, a hard worker while maintaining good team player attitude.
- Preferably experienced in Restaurant industry for minimum 3 years at the same position.
- Supervise all operations of the kitchen and menu development.
- Ensure productivity, consistency and product quality assurance.
- Oversee quality control and authenticity of the products.
- Develop effective training plans for all kitchen staff.
- Plans, directs, controls, and coordinates the activities of all cook outlets and other kitchen personnel, engaged in preparing and cooking food to ensure an efficient and profitable food service.
- Plans, prepares and monitors menus for the various kitchen activities.
- Estimates food consumption and requisitions for all restaurant functions.
- Responsible for overall cost control.
- Reviews menus, analyzes recipes and determines food, labor and menu items. Confers with Operational Manager and Cost controller on pricing of menu items.
