We are looking for the best people to join our Services Team - Business Process Outsourcing Division. Currently we have a vacancy for the following position :

PROJECT MANAGER BPO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to customer for the delivery of service according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and budget
• Works with Accounts Representatives for pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, proof-of-concept, demonstrations and proposal preparation
• Responsible for estimating the project cost with inputs from Production Operations and Technical Support
• Draft contracts or service agreements
• Responsible for the successful deployment of the right version and configuration of the TIS to production
• Develop and design transition plan to operations per project

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
• Flexible and able to do field work
• Able to handle and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Proven track record of meeting project timelines, deliverables and within budget
• Skilled in negotiations, requirements gathering, requirements definition, project estimating and costing, proposal preparation and presentations
• Familiar on the nine (9) knowledge areas of Project Management (as indicated by PMI)
• Knowledgeable on similar concept and/or service (scanning bureau, Document or Record Management System, Content Management, business process outsourcing, back-office transactions for banks, manufacturing, insurance, schools, etc.)
• Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Email, Internet)
• Skilled in using Visio and Project Schedule
• Experience in the preparation of technical proposals, functional requirements and project management related documentations
