Our client, a fast growing home appliances manufacturing & distribution company who won the national tender for making gas stoves with 32 branch offices in Sumatra, Java and Bali, is indeed progressive and challenging. To support its tremendous business expansion for grabbing bigger market shares, our client seeks a highly potential senior executive to assume the position as:

HR & GA Manager (Manufacture)

Reporting directly to the Diector, the incumbent is fully in charge of managing the overall HR & GA management functions of the manufacturing operation and also ensuring they are aligned with the overall company business plan.

The following qualification:

• Having track record in assuming extensive HR management function in progressive organizations, preferably with manufacturing industry.
• Has strong leadership and managerial competency along with result oriented attitude, people empowerment drive and effective communication skill.
• At least 5 years HR work experiences, preferably in manufacturing set up
• Sound HR &GA Management function and also Industrial relation
• Minimum S-1 graduate
• Age range 35 – 40 years old
