TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Qualification :
- Male / Female
 - Age 27 - 35 years old
 - Education min D3 or S1 (preferable) majoring economics
 - Min 2 years hands on experience, preferably in Insurances, consumer banking and Training
 - Able to communicate in english (written or oral)
 - Able to communicate and presentation in English
 - Computer literate on MS Office. MX or Photoshop will be an advantage
 - Strong Training & Development background with proven track on development program
 - Crative with strong business accumen
 - Self driven and result oriented with ability to identify business oppurtunity
 - Independent, energetic, and innovative
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills
 - Able to work in team
 - Able to work underpressure and overtime
 - Willing to travel for curtain period of time
 
Job Description :
- To deliver and develop training to agency force so that company objectives are achieved
 - Implement sales strategy by designing and delivering training solutions in support of the sales structure and to achieved Sales Training KRA
 - Build and strengthen rapport with sales force through routine and regular contact, communicating ST&D standards and expectations; resolving training and development concerns
 - Evaluate the effectiveness of training events through feedback, discussion and agency office visit, as well as the and analysis of business outcomes, pre and post training events
 - Provide Head of Training with regular reports regarding training activities and outcomes
 - Communicate and promote training programs and events so that attendance is optimized
 - Coordinate with Agency development on training plan and execution
 - Maintain relationship with all Sales Forces
 - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops; reviews training-related publications; establishing networks; benchmarking best practices; participating in professional societies
 - Contribute to team’s effort by exploring Training & Development opportunities to add value to WanaArtha Life, helping others accomplishes related job results as & we needed
