Requirements :
- Male
- Maximum 30 years old
- Min.Bachelor Degree ; Industrial Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering from reputable university
- Min. 2 (two) years experienced as production supervisor
General Qualification :
- Execelnt in written and spoken English is a must
- Computer literate (MS. Office, Internet, and email)
- Prosses strong leadership, Interpersonal communication, and analytical skill
- Structured, organezed person, responsible, and nice personality
- Have a cand do attitude, communication and relationship building, conceptual thinking developing other, integrity, teamwork
- Excellent problem solving, communication and persentation skill and able to communication with employees at all level effectively
- High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent team player
- Proactive, hardworker, dicipline and willing to work extra hours & underpressure to meet deadline
