SALES and MARKETING MANAGER
Job Description will be :
- Manage all marketing & sales activities including PR works.
- Identify new sales opportunity and develop them accordingly.
- Enhance brand image and awareness through targeted PR programs.
- Lead and develop a team of 8 staff.
- Plan and organize all work efficiently to produce results.
- Actively seek improvement in all areas to add more value.
Qualification Required :
- Female ( age between 29 - 35 years old ).
- Minimum of S1 Degree (overseas graduation preferably) with min.5 years experience in sales & marketing position.
- Excellent interpersonal , presentation , negotiation and communication skills.
- Team player , strong leadership.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia ( any other language preferably ).
- Self starter , hands - on and able to work under minimum of supervision.
- Dedicated , committed , well organized , creative and analytical.
- Conversant in MS office such as Excel , Words , Power Points and any other program application.
- Has experience in Business Administration and Public Relation ( PR ).
- Preferably have a background and experience in hospitality or other service industries
