HRD Executive
Job Description
- Perform Standardized Interviews and Grade them accordingly
- Prepare and discuss weekly training materials with the Director
- Perform Quality Control Check to maintain quality database
- Work closely with the Director for weekly clients-members recommendations
- Giving career consultations to members
Requirements
- Graduated from a reputable University in Indonesia/ overseas
- Minimum 3 years experience is Human Resource or similar field
- Minimum S1 graduate
- Preferably graduated from Psychology major
- Proficiency in English both written and oral
- Knowledge in Labor Law (UU 13/2003) and Understand HR aspects: Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection
- Maximal 35 years old, Any Gender
- Preferably Familiar with Psychological Test
- Good Communication Skills
