Project Coordinator (Jakarta)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee multiple internal projects
• Must have experience in Project Planning
• Coordinate & Monitor Projects Progress
• Must have comprehensive understanding of construction and building materials
• Vendor identification, selection and budget estimation
• Issuing purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers
• Analyze and compare price, product quality, and services to determine the best value for company
• Maintaining accurate local and overseas purchase records
• Maintaining proper document control and filling system

Requirements :

• Male, max. age 30 years old
• S1 Civil Engineering
• Must have good spoken & written English (for communication with overseas suppliers)
• Must have experience in building materials & import process
• Able to operate AutoCad program
• Willing to work long hours and under tight time line
• Must be fast learner and able to handle multi task
• Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills.
