Specific Requirements:
- Male/Female, Max 30 years
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position, preferably from 4 or 5 star International hotel.
- Experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in recruitment compensation data analyst and benefit plan.
- Understanding of insurance pooling concepts.
- Detailed oriented and process driven.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
