We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
SENIOR PROJECT CONTROL
Job Description:
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Provide budget project in accordance with approved design plan
- Review progress, control and maintain cost as per budget and assist the Project Manager in accurately forecasting cost and resources to ensure Project margin are met with the plan
- Provide and review weekly and monthly costing report
- Provide forecasting report, set up monthly, yearly budget plan
- Ensure cost in the right allocation costing and provide journal report in monthly bases
- Ensure production data accurately reported for progress
- Check and review additional work/day work claim; check explosive materials and accessories back charged
- Provide and communicate the weekly cost report to related department any possible improvement
- Check and review daily costing of environment, survey, drill and blast and infrastructure division
- Review offshore project works progress and report variance cost against budget start from preparing up to final cost report
- Monitoring all activity in offshore
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, age between maximum 40 years old
- Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00, preferably from Civil or Engineering Degree
- Must have at least 5 years experiences as cost control in offshore projects
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Capable in manage in / outgoing letters, files, filling documents, make finance report and able to perform multitasking skills
- Have strong motivation, organize. honest, careful, detail, target oriented, hard worker, able to work under pressure
- Having excellent interpersonal skill to interact with all kinds of social level, good communication skill and able to work as a team and independently
- Capable to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
