Requirements :
- Graduated from a reputable university min with a Bachelor's (S1) / Master's (S2) degree in any kind of major(Preferably S2) , Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications is preference
- Male, max. 25 years old
- Proactive, excellence leadership and management skills
- Good at interpersonal, communication and Administrator skills
- Able to work very fast and perform under pressure, Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment; Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can do” attitude
- Computer Literate and able to use technology effectively
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Must have good discipline, strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
- Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
- A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min. supervision in a highly demanding environment
- English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is must. Knowledge Chinese is preference
- Candidate must be willing to travel within Indonesia
