We are currently looking for:

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

a.Education   :                   

    * Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration/Management/Business Studies/Accountancy or Masters of Business Administration from reputable institute

b.Qualifications:           

    * A highly skilled and motivated manager with at least 5 years of experience in handling financial operations, include streamlining policies, facilities management, achieving customer satisfaction, staff supervision and ability to pinpoint areas for improvement
    * Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
    * Prefer someone with wide Knowledge of Hospital and /or hotel operations.
    * Ability to manage a large team of professionals ranging from receptionists, telephone operators, Insurance processing staff and front office cashiers.
    * Indonesian Citizen

c. Experience
    * Minimum 5 years experience
