The incumbent shall be responsible in managing good relationship with resident at Lippo Cikarang, ensuring that all complaints are well handled and solved, participating in lippo cikarang community programs, maintaining good customer satisfaction quality.
Qualifications:
- Female
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Strong customer focus, good communication, problem solving oriented
- Has a previous background as customer service coordinator / supervisor from malls / hotels / apartments / residential / real estate
- Good analytical and communication skill with high level of trust and integrity
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Cikarang
