We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following vacancy:
Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- To manage inhouse sales team with respect to sales of the company’s residential and commercial portfolio
- Able to coordinate and work together with the various inhouse departments, namely Development, Accounts, & Fin. & Asset Management
- Able to assist in organizing and executing for residential and commercial sales launches
- Able to assist in motivating and managing external sales agents to maximize sales
- Able to systematically provide feedback from prospects on buyers requirements residential dan comercial developments
- Able to work independently and has a systematic appoach to resolving problem arising
Requirement:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles
- Preferably having experience in property industry, specializing in residential projects.
- Min. Bachelor degree (S1) of any major.
- Proficient in English is a must, ability to speak Mandarin will be prioritized
- Proven sales experience and record with potential leadership qualities
- Highly sales driven, target oriented and independent player.
- Possesses good interpersonal & negotiation skills
