PROMOTIONAL & CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MIN.5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER PROMOTION IN OTHER RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL.
• Male max 40 years
• Having experience in the Event Organizer (EO)
• Minimum education S1 Technical Architect / Civil / Management
• Able to make the concepts (ideas), a brave and interesting in order to enhance the collective sale of the company's employees (Corporate selling).
• Understand and master the mortgage process for consumers
• Able to maintain good relations with the Banking
• Monitoring and control tasks Promotions team
• Mastering the promotion strategy, schedule and targeted promotion plans for marketing the property either through print, electronic, outdoor, events, etc.
• Able to make promotion budget plan and realization,
• Able to create a work plan for corporate selling program and its realization.
• Ability to work in a target to achieve corporate sales selling
• Having a good relation ship to the company - a company that potential
